非超声引导下改良塞丁格技术与传统PICC置管在化疗患者中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察与探究非超声引导下改良塞丁格技术与传统PICC置管在化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2013年12月期间于本院就诊及治疗的134例化疗患者作为研究对象,按照就诊时间分为两组,对照组有76例患者,观察组有58例患者,对对照组患者给予传统PICC置管,对观察组患者给予非超声引导下改良塞丁格技术,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果:观察组患者的一次穿刺成功率、一次置管成功率(100.00%、98.28%)与对照组患者(73.68%、78.95%)相对比,组间差异比较明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的穿刺点出血、堵管、静脉炎、导管移位、感染、静脉血栓等并发症总发生率(13.79%)与对照组患者(50.00%)相对比,组间差异比较明显(P<0.05)。结论:与传统PICC置管相比,对化疗患者应用非超声引导下改良塞丁格技术的效果较好。
