内镜下高频电切除大肠息肉的效果评估与术后护理

Evaluation of endoscopic high frequency electrical resection of colorectal polyps and postoperative care

目的:研究内镜下高频电切除大肠息肉的效果与术后护理方法。方法:以2012年12月-2016年7月我院接诊的232例大肠息肉病例为研究对象,采用抽签法分组所选病例:A、B两组各116例。两组都予以内镜下高频电切除术治疗,A组术后予以护理干预,B组予以常规护理。分析比较两组并发症发生率等指标。结果:A组并发症发生率为5.17%,明显低于B组的25.86%,P<0.05。A组患者满意率95.69%明显高于B组81.9%,P<0.05。针对术后腹痛程度,A组明显轻于B组,P<0.05。结论:于内镜下高频电切除大肠息肉中合理引入优质护理理念,有助于减轻患者腹痛程度,减少并发症。

Objective Nursing method of high-frequency electric resection of colorectal polyps and postoperative endoscopic study. Methods 232 cases of colorectal polyp in December 2012 -2016 year in July in our hospital as the research object, were randomly selected cases： A group, B two group of 116 cases. The two groups were Gastroscopically high frequency electrotomy treatment, nursing intervention after operation in ,4 group, B group was given routine nursing. Compared two groups of complications were analyzed. Results The complication rate of group A was 5.17%, significantly lower than the B group 25.86%, P 〈 0.05.A group patients satisfaction rate of 95.69% was significantly higher than that of B group 81.9%, P 〈 0.05. for postoperative pain degree of group A was lower than that in the B group, P 〈 0.05.Conclusion Endoscopic high-frequency electric resection of colorectal polyps in introducing the concept of quality care, help to reduce the pain degree of patients, reduce complications.
