摘要
目的:临床分析高血压性脑出血的CT影像表现。方法:选取我院2016年2月至2017年2月收治的35例高血压脑出血患者,对其CT扫描的影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果:对于35例患者,实施CT扫描,血肿都处于基底节区位置,其中12里外囊和23例豆状核,最大的血肿体积为36ml,最小的血肿体积为14ml,平均血肿体积为23ml。同时,对于血肿周围,均存在环状强化,全部患者处于急性脑血肿区域,存在低灌注梯度,处于亚急性血肿区域,侧镜像区逐渐降低,宇急性期相比,不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于高血压脑出血,采取CT影像检测方式,有利于提升检出率和血肿变化情况,为临床治疗提供了准确、可靠的数据,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To analyze the CT findings of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 35 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from our hospital. The imaging data of CT scan were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 35 patients, the implementation of CT scanning, are in the position of hematoma in basal ganglia, of which 12 and 23 cases of cystic outside putamen, the largest hematoma volume was 36ml, the minimum of the hematoma volume was 14ml, the average hematoma volume was 23ml. At the same time, for around the hematoma, there were circular enhancement. All the patients in the acute cerebral hematoma area, there is a low perfusion gradient in the subacute hematoma area, side mirror area gradually reduced, compared to Yu acute period, there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion For hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, CT imaging method is helpful to improve the detection rate and hematoma changes, and provide accurate and reliable data for clinical treatment. It is worthy of clinical application .
