摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维血管成像在颅内动脉瘤诊断价值。:探讨多层螺旋CT三维血管成像在颅内动脉瘤诊断价值。方法:选择2013年5月至20172017年5月我:选择院收治的40例颅内动脉瘤患者为对象,对40例患者均采用多层螺旋CT三维血管成像(3D-MSCTA)检查,并对患者图像进行分析,评价3D-MSCTA对动脉瘤大小、形态、部位等的显示效果。对动脉瘤大小、形态、部位等的显示效果。结果:40例患者中,3D-MSCTA检查共诊断:40发现37例患者中有51个动脉瘤,3例漏诊,诊断准确率达到92.5%。3D-MSCTA均清晰显示瘤体的大小、形态、部位。结论:多层螺旋CT三维血管成像对颅内动脉瘤诊断准确率高,并能清晰的反应处瘤体的大小、形态和部位,值得在颅内动脉瘤诊断中推广应用。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional angiography in intracranial aneurysms. Methods 40 patients with intracranial aneurysm treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as research object, all 40 patients were examined by multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional angiography (3D-MSCTA). The patient images were analyzed, to evaluate the effect of 3D-MSCTA on the size, shape and location of aneurysms. Results In the 40 patients, 3D-MSCTA diagnosis revealed 51 aneurysms in 37 patients, 3 cases missed diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy was 92.5%. The size, shape and location of the tumor were dearly displayed by 3D-MSCTA.Condusion Multi slice spiral CT angiography has high accuracy in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms, and can clearly reflect the size, shape and location of the tumor, it is worthy to be popularized in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.
