产前超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的临床应用价值

目的:探讨产前超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院269例肢体畸形胎儿的:回顾性分析我院临床资料,所有胎儿均行超声检查。分析其诊断结果及不同孕周产前超声检出率。临床资料,所有胎儿均行超声检查。分析其诊断结果及不同孕周产前超声检出率。结果:产前超声检出率为85.87%:产前超声检出率为(231/269),漏诊率为14.13%(38/269)。孕20~24周、25~29周检出率显著高于孕15~19周及30~34周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产前超声可有效提高肢体畸形胎儿检出率,降低缺陷儿出生率,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal limb malformation. Methods The clinical data of 269 cases of fetal malformation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All fetuses were examined by ultrasound. The diagnostic results and the detection rate of prenatal ultrasound at different gestational weeks were analyzed. Results The detection rate of prenatal ultrasound was 85.87% （231/269）, and the rate of missed diagnosis was 14.13% （38/269）. The detection rate of 20- 24 weeks and 25 - 29 weeks was significantly higher than that of 15 - 19 weeks and 30 - 34 weeks, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can effectively improve the detection rate of fetal malformation and reduce the birth rate of defective children. It has important clinical value.
