摘要
目的:探讨原发性脑淋巴瘤(PBL)的CT、MRI表现与鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性分析我院2013年5月-2016年10月收治的9例PBL患者的CT和MRI影像学资料。影像学资料。结果:单发6例,多发3例,共有病灶15个。病灶大小约:单发1cm×1cm^4cm×6cm。15个病灶中,密度较均匀病灶10个,密度稍不均匀病灶5个;CT平扫等密度病灶8个,稍高密度病灶5个,稍低密度病灶2个。T1WI等信号11个,稍低信号4个,T2WI等信号7个,稍高信号3个,稍低信号5个。15个病灶均明显强化,其中12个均匀强化,3个不均匀强化。MRI显示瘤周水肿较CT明显。占位效应轻度5例,中度2例,明显2例。结论:PBL的CT和MRI表现均具有一定特征,临床可将两者结合以提高诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the CT and MRI findings and differential diagnosis of primary brain lymphoma (PBL) . Methods CT and MRI imaging data of 9 patients with PBL treated in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 9 cases, 6 cases were simple and 3 cases were complicated, there were 15 lesions. The size of the lesion is about 1cm*1cm-4cm*6cm. CT scan showed 10 lesions were homogeneous, and 5 lesions were slightly inhomogeneous; 8 lesions with equal density, 5 showed slightly high density,2 showed slightly lower density, TIWI showed equal signals 11, slightly lower signal 4, T2WI showed equal signals 7, slightly lower signal 5, slightly higher signal 3, 15 lesions were markedly enhanced, 12 of them were uniformly enhanced and 3 were inhomogeneous enhancement. MRI showed peritumoral edema significantly more than CT There were 5 cases of mild occupying effects, 2 cases of moderate and 2 cases of obvious. Conclusion The CT and MRI features of PBL have some characteristics, and they can be combined with each other to improve the diagnostic accuracy
