社区护理干预对提高糖尿病治疗依从性临床分析

Clinical analysis of community nursing intervention on improving compliance of diabetes treatment

目的:分析社区护理干预对提高糖尿病治疗依从性的效果。方法:选取本社区卫生院150例糖尿病患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组75例,对照组采取常规性护理方式,观察组给予社区护理干预方式,比较两组护理效果。结果:对于临床护理,观察组临床护理效果明显优于对照组,两组比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对社区糖尿病患者,采取社区护理干预方式,可明显提升社区患者治疗依从性,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of community nursing intervention on the compliance of diabetes treatment. Methods The community health hospital 150 cases of diabetic patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursin~ the observation group were given community nursing intervention, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention for community patients with diabetes mellitus can obviously improve the compliance of community patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
