^(131)I治疗甲亢疗效分析及发生甲减因素

Analysis of curative effect and hypothyroidism factors of hyperthyroidism treated by ^(131)I

目的:探索^(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效,分析影响疗效的因素及治疗后甲状腺功能减退症的发生情况。方法:对200例甲亢患者采用^(131)I治疗的临床资料进行随访并疗效分析。结果:治疗的200例甲亢中,186例治愈(治愈+甲减),治愈率93%,1年后发生甲减13例,甲减发生率6.5%。结论:^(131)I治疗甲亢疗效肯定,方法简便,可作为甲亢治疗的首选方法。确定个体化^(131)I治疗剂量,减少甲减率。

Objective To explore the efficacy of 131I for hyperthyroidism, the incidence of hypothyroidism after treatment and analysis the influence factors of treatment. Methods 200 cases of hyperthyroidism in patients with clinical data of 131I in the follow-up and curative effect analysis. Results 200 cases of hyperthyroidism treatment, 187 cases were cured （cure hypothyroidism）, cure the rate of hypothyroidism in 13 cases after 93%.1 years, the occurrence rate of hypothyroidism was 6.5%. Conclusion The efficacy of 131I in treating hyperthyroidism, the method is simple, can be used as the preferred method of treatment of hyperthyroidism. Individual doses of 131I, reduce the rate of hypothyroidism.
