64层螺旋CT肺动脉CTA对诊断肺动脉血栓的应用价值研究

目的:分析64层螺旋CT肺动脉CTA对诊断肺动脉血栓的应用价值。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年2月在我院接受诊断并被怀疑为肺动脉血栓的患者60例作为研究对象。对60例患者采用CTA与彩超进行检查。并探讨两种方式的检查结果。结果:借助将不同检验方法获得,CTA技术的检测灵敏度、特异性、符合率显著高于彩超检查方法。结论:64层螺旋CT肺动脉CTA对诊断肺动脉血栓的应用价值显著,可以准确诊断肺动脉血栓疾病,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze 64 layers spiral CT pulmonary artery CTA application value for diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism.Methods Selected in July 2015 to February 2015 in our hospital diagnosed and 60 patients with suspected of pulmonary artery thrombosis as the research object.60 cases of patients using CTA and colour to exceed to check.And check the result of two ways is discussed in this paper.Results With the help of different test methods, the CTA technology of detection sensitivity, specificity, and coincidence rate is significantly higher than colour to exceed examination method.Conclusion 64 layer spiral CT pulmonary artery CTA significant application value for diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism, can accurately diagnose pulmonary thromboembolism disease, worth clinical promotion.
