摘要 目的:探究基底脑出血采用CT监测硬通道技术治疗的临床效果,同时总结完善硬通道穿刺技术方法。方法:回顾性分析2015年6月—2017年2月在我院采用CT引导下硬通道技术与常规开颅血肿清除术治疗的54例基底节脑出血患者具体治疗过程与结果,本文对照实验对照组对象为运用传统开颅血肿清除术治疗的27例患者,观察组对象为采用CT监测硬通道技术治疗的27例患者,组间比较两组患者平均出血量、病死率与手术前后GCS评分。结果:观察组病死2例(7.4%)明显少于对照组7例(25.9%),两组病死率差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前组间GCS评分差异比较不具备统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者GCS评分具有不同程度提高,观察组升幅优于对照组且存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:集操作简单、便捷、安全等特点于一身的CT监测下硬通道技术不失为治疗基底脑出血的一种有效手段,有效降低颅内压的同时迅速清除颅内血肿,临床疗效确切,值得临床广泛应用与推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of CT monitoring of hard-channel technique in the treatment of basal intracerebral hemorrhage, and to sum up and improve the technique of hard-channel puncture. Methods The follow-up analysis was conducted to analyze the specific course of treatment and outcome of 54 patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage treated by CT-guided hard-channel technique and conventional craniotomy and hematoma evacuation from June 2015 to February 2017. In this paper, Twenty-seven patients were treated with conventional craniotomy and hematoma evacuation. The aim of the observation group was 27 patients who underwent CT monitoring of hard-channel technique. The average blood loss, mortality and GCS score were compared between the two groups.Results There were 2 cases(7.4%) in the observation group and 7 cases(25.9%) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).(P〉0.05). The scores of GCS in the two groups were higher than those in the control group(P〉0.05). The GCS score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P〉0.05). Conclusion The set of simple, convenient and safe features in a CT monitoring under the hard channel technology for the treatment of basal intracerebral hemorrhage is an effective means to effectively reduce the intracranial pressure at the same time quickly remove intracranial hematoma, the clinical efficacy of the exact, worthy of clinical Widely used and promoted.
