超声在诊断双下腔静脉畸形方面的应用价值

The value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of inferior vena cava malformation

目的:分析先天性双下腔静脉畸形的彩色多普勒超声表现及其临床特征,探究彩色多普勒超声在诊断双下腔静脉畸形方面的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月-2017年3月来我院行腹部超声检查的患者临床资料,共发现42例先天性下腔静脉畸形,通过超声扫查、二维超声、多普勒超声、频谱超声等最后诊断。入选病例均通过静脉造影、数字减影血管造影剂临床检查确诊。结果:42例先天性下腔静脉畸形,其中双下腔静脉畸形9例,左下腔静脉畸形10例,下腔静脉膜性梗阻6例,左肾静脉畸形17例。结论:临床上可以利用彩色多普勒超声将下腔静脉及其属支的畸形清晰显示,同时还能完成血流动力学变化的评价,具有较高的诊断价值,并且超声检查操作简单、无辐射、无创伤、可重复性强、安全性高,患者接受程度高,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the performance and clinical features of color Doppler ultrasonography in congenital hypopharyngeal venous malformation, to explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of inferior vena cava malformation. Methods The clinical data of patients underwent abdominal ultrasound in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2017 were analyzed retrospectively, a total of 42 cases of congenital inferior vena cava malformation were detected by ultrasonography, were finally diagnosed by ultrasoound scan, two-dimensional ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, Spectrum ultrasound and other. All patients were diagnosed by intravenous angiography and digital subtraction angiography. Results There were 42 cases of congenital inferior vena cava malformation, including 9 cases of double inferior vena cava deformity, 10 cases of the left inferior vena cava deformity, 6 cases of inferior vena cava obstruction, 17 cases of left renal vein malformation. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography can clearly show the deformity of the inferior vena cava and its branches, and can also evaluate the changes of hemodynamics, it has high diagnostic value and simple ultrasonic operation, non-invasive, repeatability, high safety, high degree of patient acceptance, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
