改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床优势

Clinical advantages of modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer

目的:探析改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床优势。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年6月期间在本院接受诊治的92例早期乳腺癌患者,按照随机的方式分成研究组与对照组,组间均46例;研究组选取改良乳腺癌根治术进行治疗,对照组选用传统根治术进行治疗,观察分析两组的手术效果。结果:全部入选患者均通过手术后,观察分析患者的并发症情况及住院时间等,研究组均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而对组间患者术后生存率及复发情况等观察对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌患者应用改良根治术治疗,可获取良好的疗效,且还能提高手术安全性,促进患者的预后恢复。

Objective The clinical advantages of modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer. Methods From January 2011 to June 2012 during the 92 cases of early breast cancer patients in our hospital for treatment, according to the random divided into study group and control group, 46 cases were between groups; study group selected modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer treatment, the control group used the traditional radical treatment, observe and analyze the operation effect of the two groups. Results All the patients were selected through the observation and analysis of complications after surgery, patients and hospital stay, the study group were significantly less than the control group（P〉0.05）, and the groups of patients after The survival rate and recurrence were observed, no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Early breast cancer patients with modified radical mastectomy treatment can obtain good curative effect, and can improve the safety of operation.
