乳腺肿块BI-RADS分级与介入超声经皮穿刺活检技术联合应用于乳腺肿瘤中的诊断价值 被引量:12

摘要 目的:分析在乳腺肿瘤中运用介入超声经皮穿刺活检技术的价值。方法:选取18例2016年8月-2017年4月我院收治的疑似乳腺肿瘤患者,超声BI-RADS分级为4级和5级,采用介入超声经皮穿刺活检技术进行诊断,并将结果和病理结果进行比较,评价介入超声引导下经皮穿刺活检诊断乳腺肿瘤的准确性、特异性、灵敏性及安全性。结果:18例患者经过组织病理检查后恶性肿瘤10例,良性肿瘤8例。介入超声引导下经皮穿刺活检的准确性、特异性、灵敏性分别为98.20%、100.00%、97.49%,BI-RADS分类对乳腺肿瘤恶性评估与介入穿刺病理检查结果有很好的相关性。结论:乳腺肿块BI-RADS分级与介入超声引导下经皮穿刺活检技术联合应用在乳腺肿瘤诊断中准确度高,具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To analyze the value of percutaneous transcutaneous biopsy in breast tumor. Methods Eighteen patients with suspected breast cancer treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected. Ultrasound BI-RADS grades were grade 4 and grade 5. Ultrasound percutaneous biopsy was used to diagnose the results and were compared with the pathological results,to evaluate the accuracy, specificity, sensitivity and safety of percutaneous biopsy in breast cancer. Results 18 patients had histopathological examination, 10 cases of malignant tumors, 8 cases of benign tumors. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of percutaneous biopsy were 98.20%, 100.00% and 97.49%, respectively. BI-RADS classification has a good correlation with the malignant assessment of breast cancer and the results of interventional puncture pathology. Conclusion The combination of BI-RADS classification and interventional ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy technique in the diagnosis of breast cancer has high accuracy and high diagnostic value.
