椎间盘突出检查中MRI与CT临床诊断效果对比

摘要 目的:探讨椎间盘突出检查中MRI与CT临床的诊断效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年6月间来我院就诊的椎间盘突出患者100例,所有患者均行MRI和CT检查诊断,比较分析两种不同的检查方式对椎间盘突出的检出率。结果:MRI的检出率为97.00%(97/100),明显高于CT的检出率66.00%(66/100),两种方式对椎间盘突出的检查率相比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.035,P<0.05)。结论:相对于CT检查,MRI在椎间盘突出的临床诊断中具有更高的准确率,临床应用的价值也更大,但是CT技术同样也具有自身优势,在临床诊断过程中应当根据实际情况选择适当的方式,或者对两者进行结合,以提升诊断的准确率,最终为临床治疗提供必要的信息支持。
