X线平片与多层螺旋CT诊断周围型肺癌的对照分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究X线平片与多层螺旋CT诊断周围型肺癌的诊断结果,为临床提供指导。方法:以来我院就医的57例疑似周围型肺癌患者(2015年1月20日至2016年11月20日)作为本次研究的观察对象,对57例疑似周围型肺癌患者均实施X线平片、多层螺旋CT诊断,并将检查结果和手术病理检查结果(金标准)进行对比,研究X线平片、多层螺旋CT的诊断效果。结果:多层螺旋CT对周围型肺癌的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为95.92%、87.50%、94.74%,其中敏感性、准确性显著高于X线(79.59%、78.95%),P<0.05。结论:对周围型肺癌患者采取多层螺旋CT诊断的效果明显优于X线,敏感度及准确性较高。 Objective To explore the diagnostic results of X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer, to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods 57 cases of suspected peripheral lung cancer patients underwent X-ray a flat piece of multislice CT diagnosis, and the examination results and pathological examination results (gold standard) were compared to study X-ray diagnosis effect of multislice spiral CT. Results The diagnostic sensitivity of multislice spiral CT in peripheral lung cancer specificity and accuracy were 95.92%, 87.50%, 94.74%, the sensitivity. The accuracy is higher than that of X-ray (79.59%, 78.95%), P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Multi slice spiral CT diagnosis is better than X-ray in patients with peripheral lung cancer, the sensitivity and the accuracy is high.
