不同类型胎儿心脏畸形超声心动图特征及预后特征 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同类型胎儿心脏畸形超声心动图特征及预后特征。方法:选取2015年2月至2017年6月经产前检查发现胎儿心脏畸形的100例孕妇的临床病理资料进行研究分析,观察胎儿心脏畸形的超声心动图特征和预后特点。结果:100例心脏畸形胎儿中,33例(33.00%)胎儿为无法根治、预后不良复杂型心脏畸形,23例(23.00%)为重症但是可根治的心脏畸形,16例(16.00%)为出生后需立即进行紧急处理心脏畸形,28例(28.00%)为轻型心脏畸形;结论:产前超声心动图检查可有效检出胎儿心脏畸形,为临床治疗提供重要依据。
