DR在食道造影中的临床应用

The clinical application of DR in esophageal contrast

目的:探讨普通DR在食道造影中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院应用DR进行双对比食道造影检查50例病例的图像及检查结果,同时选取应用数字胃肠机进行的食道双对比造影50例病例的图像及检查结果,然后进行对比。结果:应用普通DR进行食管双对比造影的图像质量十分理想,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级片占84%,Ⅲ级片占14%,Ⅳ级片占比为2%。在食道疾病检出率方面,与数字胃肠机检出率相当。结论:应用普通DR进行食道双对比造影检查的影像质量效果较满意,与应用数字胃肠机进行食管造影的效果相差不大。两种检查方法发现病变的几率相差不大。前者具有良好的可操作性及简便性,并能减少患者射线接触时间,降低射线剂量,在没有配置数字胃肠机的基层医院,可以使用相对廉价的普通DR代替较昂贵的数字胃肠机进行食管造影。

Objective To explore the clinical application usefulness of esophagog-raphy barium imaging of ordinary ditigal radiography. Methods Choose our hospital di-tigal radiography nanatural law double contrast esophagus angiography revealed 50 case-s of images and the results of the inspection and appli^tion of digital gastrointestinal machine esophagus double contrast images of 50 cases and test results, then the comparison. Results The image quality of the double contrast radiography of the esopha-gus is very good with the ordinary ditigal radiography, Type I - II was 84%,nd the Ⅲ was 14%. in esophageal diaease detection rate,the detection rate of digital gastrointestinal machine is quite. Consdusion The effect of the double contrast examination of the esophagus with the ordinary ditigal radiography was satisfactory, and the effect of the application of digital gastrointestinal machine for the contrast of the esophagu-s was litlle. Two kinds of examination method found that the probability of disease is not big difference.The former has good operability and simplity,and can reduce the patient, sray exposure time and reduce the radiation dose.In the primary hospitals with-out configuration digital gastrontesinal machine, it can be used to replace the expen-sive digaital gastrontesinal machine, with ordinary ditigal radiography instead of exp-ensive digaital gastrontesinal machine.
