摘要
信息技术与医疗业务的融合发展为医患矛盾提供了解决方案。充分利用信息技术上扩宽信息渠道、丰富服务方式、提高诊疗业务水平,一方面可以增进患者对医方的理解,另一方面可以促进医院诊疗服务水平的发展,进而提高患者对医疗服务的满意度,促进医患关系的进一步和谐。
