高效节能型涤棉混纺针织物染色实践 被引量:4

摘要 涤棉混纺织物常规染色工艺工序多、耗时长、加工成本高。为提高生产效能,降低染整工艺成本,采用分散/活性染料一浴法染色,结合染色后清洗剂ZETESAL NPC进行清洗,缩短了工艺流程,提高了生产效率且产品质量稳定,同时,有效降低了生产成本,减少了碳排放量,符合节能减排增效的要求。 The conversional dyeing process of polyester/cotton blended fabric is complicated, time-consuming and costly. In order to improve productive efficiency and reduce the cost of dyeing process, the one-bath dyeing with dis- perse/reactive dyes and cleaning agent ZETESAL NPC are used to shorten the process and improve productivity. The products show stable quality. Additionally, the production cost and carbon emission are significantly decreased, which can satisfy the requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction.
