含氟聚丙烯酸酯耐久性防水剂的合成及应用 被引量:5

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(TFBMA)为含氟单体,以自制的封闭型异氰酸酯作为交联剂,通过乳液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸酯耐久性防水剂,并将其用于纯棉织物的防水整理。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、台式扫描电镜、热分析仪及接触角测量仪等表征了该防水剂的结构及应用性能。结果表明,当防水剂用量为100 g/L,异氰酸酯交联剂用量为20 g/L,整理液p H=6时,整理后棉织物的防水等级可达到100分,接触角可达到136.9°,水洗10次后,织物接触角仍可达到123.5°。 Polyacrylate durable waterproof agent was applied to water repellent finishing of cotton fabric, which was prepared by emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) as the main monomer, 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate (TFBMA) as the fluorine-containing monomers and the homemade isocy- anate-terrninated as the cross-linking agent. The structure of the waterproof agent was investigated by the Fourier trans- form infrared spectrum (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), contact angle meter and so forth. The results showed when the mass concentration of fluorinated monomer was 100 g/L, the cross-linking agent was 20 g/L and pH of the finishing liquid was 6, the contact angle of the treated fabric can reach to 136.9 ° , the hydrophobic rating was 100. The contact angle can still reach 123.5 ° after 10 laundry cycles.
