摘要
通过测试磷酸酯淀粉浆料的粘度、热浆粘度稳定性及其浆膜的耐屈曲性等,研究了磷酸酯化变性深度对磷酸酯淀粉浆料性能的影响。同时探讨了磷酸酯淀粉与PVA的混溶性以及磷酸酯淀粉的耐屈曲性。
The influence of the phosphate esterification denaturation depth on the performance of phosphate starch paste is researched by testing the viscosity of phosphate starch paste, hot paste viscosity stability and the buckling resistance of paste film. Meanwhile, the miscibility of organic phosphate starch and PVA is discussed, as well as the buckling resistance of organic phosphate starch.
