含石粉的人工砂对混凝土技术性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过试验研究,得出人工砂中石粉含量对混凝土技术性质影响应当以混凝土的不同强度等级区别处理,低强度等级的混凝土石粉掺量在16%以内时,随石粉含量的增加,强度、工作性、抗渗能力都逐渐提高,当含量为16%时效果达到最佳,中等强度等级的混凝土,4%~12%的石粉含量使混凝土的工作性和强度呈最佳,对抗渗性能影响不大,高强度等级混凝土的工作性和强度的最佳石粉含量为3%~4%,石粉含量超过7%时,工作性和强度性能劣化。 The paper through experimental study that effect of artificial sand stone powder content on the properties of concrete technol- ogy should be treated with different concrete strength grade difference, low strength grade of concrete mixing quantity of powder is less than 16%, with increase of stone powder content, strength, work, anti infiltration capacity increase gradually, when the content for 16% effect to achieve the best medium strength grade of concrete, 4% - 12% of stone powder content enable work and strength of the concrete was the best, and the impermeability of little effect on performance, high strength grade of concrete workability and strength of the best stone powder content is up to 3% -4%, the content of stone powder more than 7%, work and strength performance deteri- oration.
