摘要
转炉渣具有较强的氧化性,当其进入钢包中,不仅增加了脱氧合金成本,同时对钢水造成较为严重的污染。湖南华菱涟钢210t转炉主要生产洁净钢,对转炉下渣控制较为严格。为减少转炉下渣,提高钢水纯净度,于2013年在210t转炉上引入滑板挡渣系统,将钢包渣厚由75mm降低至42 mm,大大改善钢水纯净度。本文主要讲述了转炉滑板挡渣系统的原理,构造,及关键工艺控制点,并对比使用前后效果。
The slag of converter is more oxidized, and when it enters into the steel ladle, it not only increases the cost of deoxidizing alloy, but also causes more serious pollution to the molten steel. The 210 t converter of Hunan Li- anyuan Steel mainly produces clean steel, which is strict to the slag amount control. In order to reduce the amount of slag in converter and increase the cleanliness of mohen steel, the 210 t converter was introduced to the system of slag-stopping with slide plate in 2013, thus reduced the thickness of slag from 75 mm to 42 mm and greatly improve the cleanliness of molten steel. This paper mainly describes the principle, construction and critical process control points of the system of slag-stopping with slide plate in converter, and compares the effect before and after the use of skateboard slag retaining system.
