摘要 当前很多高炉通过提高生矿比降低生产成本。韶钢6号高炉通过合理选矿,上下部合理调剂,采取改善高炉透气性操作,抓好炉型监控工作,灵活调整、维护好操作炉型,使入炉生矿比达22%~23%,而高炉主要指标不下降,燃料比512kg/t,高炉长期顺行高产。 Now many blast furnaces reduce the production cost by raising raw ore ratio. By reasonable processing ore, and reasonable adjustment of the top and bottom, and improving the blast furnace gas permeability, and paying spe- cial attention to the furnace type monitoring work, and flexible adjustment, maintain good operation of furnace type, the raw ore rito of Shaoguan Steel no. 6 blast furnace achieves 22%-22%. But blast furnace main indicators do not drop. The fuel ratio is 512 kg/t. The blast furnace is anterograde and high-yield {or a long time.
