摘要
以槲皮苷、绿原酸为对照品建立小一点红药材的薄层色谱方法。该方法简便可行,重复性好,可用做民族药材小一点红的质量控制的薄层鉴别方法。
With quercitrin and chlorogenic acid as the references substances,TLC method for the identification of Emilia prenanthoidea was established. The method was simple and feasible,and had a good reproducibility for the quality control of Emilia prenanthoidea.
