住院医师规范化培训重症医学领域实施方案探讨

随着社会发展,高素质临床医学人才的需求与匮乏成为医疗卫生领域的主要矛盾,而住院医师规范化培训是改变这一现状的重要举措。重症医学领域的住院医师规范化培训是不可或缺的项目之一,然而由于重症医学的复杂性以及培训学员基础水平及轮转时间存在差别,无差别的培训方案是存在缺陷的,制定个体化的培训方案尤为重要;由于重症医学涉及范围广泛,操作繁多,对于学员来说学习难度大,而"CBL"方案可使学员在有限的时间内更好地掌握重症医学理论与操作;严格的考核制度是培训质量的保证之一;住院医师规范化培训除了注重学员的医疗技能提升,更应该加强人文素质教育。

With the development of society, the deficiency of high-quality talents becomes a main contradiction in the field of clinical medicine, and resident standardization training is an important way to change this status quo. Critical care medicine（CCM） is one of indispensable items. However due to the diference in the basic level and study time of everyone, the uniform training scheme is defective, so it is important to formulate individualized training program. Due to CCM is complicated and the operations are various, it is difficult for students to master it, and ＂CBL＂ scheme can make students grasp it in the limited time and strict examination system is the assurance of the training quality. In addition to the improvement of professional skill, we should pay more attention to the humanistic quality education.
