代谢综合征对寻常性银屑病疗效的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Metabolic Syndrome on Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨代谢综合征对寻常型银屑病疗效的影响。方法按照是否伴发代谢综合征,将2015年12月—2016年12月本院收治的80例寻常性银屑病患者分为A组(伴发代谢综合征,n=42)和B组(未伴发代谢综合征,n=38)。两组患者均实施对症治疗,分析治疗效果及银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI评分)、白介素-7(IL-7)变化。结果 B组有效率为84.2%(32/38),A组为52.4%(22/42),组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,B组PASI评分、IL-7均优于A组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论代谢综合征可经由持续维持系统性炎症,给寻常型银屑病效果造成影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of metabolic syndrome on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods According to whether accompanied by metabolic syndrome, 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 Were divided into A group （with metabolic syndrome, n=42） and B group （without metabolic syndrome, n=38）. The two groups were treated with symptomatic treatment, the treatment effect and psoriasis area and severity index （PASI score）, interleukin -7 （IL-7） changes were analyzed. Results The effective rate of B group was 84.2% （32/38）, A group was 52.4% （22/42）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the PASI score and IL-7 of group B were better than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metabolic syndrome can affect psoriasis vulgaris by continually maintaining systemic inflammation.
