摘要
目的探讨老年慢性肾衰竭患者血液透析的效果,记录心血管并发症的发生率。方法选取我院于2015年2月—2016年2月所收治的慢性肾衰竭患者80例作为研究对象。按照年龄的差异性,将其分为老年组和青年组,每组各40例。对比两组患者血液透析治疗前后的血尿素氮(BUN)以及肌酐(Cr)指标,同时记录两组患者心血管并发症的发生概率。结果两组血液透析治疗效果比较中,青年组和老年组患者的血尿素氮(BUN)以及肌酐(Cr)指标与治疗前对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血液透析后生存时间对比,老年组为(5.2±1.2)个月;青年组为(6.9±3.2)个月,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.145 9,P=0.023 0<0.05);老年组患者低血压、高血压并发症发生率均高于青年组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组心律失常、脑出血并发症发生率对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应对老年慢性肾衰竭患者及早采取血液透析治疗,同时针对心血管病症进行重点预防。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis in elderly patients with chronic renal failure, and to record the incidence of cardiovascular complications. Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study subjects. According to the difference in age, they were divided into the elderly group and the young group, 40 cases in each group. The blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) index were compared between the two groups before and after hemodialysis treatment, the incidence of cardiovascular complications was recorded in the two groups. Results Two groups of hemodialysis treatment effect comparison, the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) index in the youth group and the elderly group were compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The time between the survival of two groups of patients after hemodialysis, the elderly group (5.2 ~ 1.2) months; the youth group (6.9 ~ 3.2) months, the comparison between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (t=3.145 9, P=-0.023 0〈0.05). The incidence of hypotension and hypertension complications in the elderly group was higher than that in the young group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); There were no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of arrhythmia and cerebral hemorrhage (P〉0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic renal failure should be treated with hemodialysis and focus on prevention of cardiovascular disease.
