探讨采用CRRT治疗MODS的临床使用价值

Exploration on Clinical Application Value of CRRT in the Treatment of MODS

目的分析采用CRRT治疗MODS的临床效果。方法选取我院2010年1月—2016年10月收治的MODS患者46例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为两组。给予对照组患者常规治疗;在对照组患者的治疗基础上,给予观察组患者CRRT治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组病情好转患者数量多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的UA、BUN、SCr水平均低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用CRRT治疗MODS的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的病情。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying CRRT to treat MODS. Methods 46 patients with MODS in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The random number table method was used to divide them into two groups. Routine treatment was given to the control group; On the basis of the treatment of the patients in the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with CRRT. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The number of patients with improvement in the observation group was more than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of UA, BUN and SCr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying CRRT to treat MODS has evident clinical effect, and can effectively improve the illness of the patients.
