小儿急性喉炎伴梗阻急救的临床分析

目的观察小儿急性喉炎伴梗阻应用急救的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年3月16日—2017年3月17日住院部收治的急性喉炎伴梗阻患者20例作为研究对象,并对其治疗效果进行观察。结果对20例患者进行2~3小时的急救处理后,其中显效13例,有效6例、无效1例,临床总有效率为95.00%;1例无效患者经麻醉师会诊后,选择气管插管辅助通气治疗,其梗阻现象逐渐缓解;20例患者经治疗后急性喉炎伴梗阻现象明显缓解,并给予雾化和抗炎等治疗,5~6天均治愈出院;1例患者采用气管插管后,在第3天顺利拨管,第7天治愈出院。结论小儿急性喉炎伴梗阻具有发病急、病情变化快等特点,医务工作者应给予高度重视,对患者早期进行有效治疗,保持呼吸道通畅,可以及时解除患者的喉水肿现象,从而保证其生命安全。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acute laryngitis in children with obstruction of emergency. Methods 20 patients with acute laryngitis accompanied by obstruction in our hospital from March 16, 2016 to March 17, 2017 were selected as the subjects. And the therapeutic effect was observed. Results After 2-3 hours of emergency treatment, 13 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, 1 case were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.00%; 1 case of invalid patients were treated by tracheal intubation assisted ventilation after the consultation of anesthesiologists, and the obstruction was gradually relieved; 20 patients with acute laryngitis accompanied by obstruction were significantly relieved, and given atomization and anti-inflammatory treatment, 5-6 days were cured and discharged; 1 patient were successfully intubated after third days of endotracheal intubation. They were cured and discharged seventh days. Conclusion Acute laryngitis in children with obstruction with aetite onset, the characteristics of the condition changes quickly, medical workers should be given high The emphasis is on the early effective treatment of the patient and the patency of the airway so as to relieve the edema of the larynx in time so as to ensure the safety of life
