乳腺癌术后化疗患者常见并发症的临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Common Complications After Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer

目的对乳腺癌术后化疗患者常见的并发症进行分析。方法选取2014年1月—2017年5月乳腺癌术后化疗患者30例作为研究对象,其均出现了并发症的情况,对其临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果乳腺癌术后化疗常见的并发症主要包括恶心呕吐、静脉炎、脱发、口腔黏膜炎、骨髓抑制等,其中恶心呕吐的发生几率高于其他并发症的发生几率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者术后化疗的主要置管静脉为贵要静脉、正中静脉、头静脉。结论加强乳腺癌患者术后化疗中的管理,合理用药,从而将其并发症的几率降低,促进疗效的提高和预后的改善。

Objective To analyze the common complications of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer patients. Methods From January 2014 to May 2017, 30 cases of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer were selected. All of them had complications, and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The common complications of postoperative breast cancer include nausea, vomiting, phlebitis, hair loss, oral mucositis and myelosuppression, the incidence of nausea and vomiting was higher than that Of other complications, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The main vein for postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer is expensive vein, median vein and cephalic vein. Conclusion To strengthen the management of breast cancer patients postoperative chemotherapy, the rational use of drugs, which would reduce the risk of complications, and promote the improvement of curative effect and prognosis of improvement.
