恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀法治疗慢性乙肝的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Entecavir Combined With Fuzheng Huayu Therapy on Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B

目的研究慢性乙型肝炎采用西药恩替卡韦联合中医扶正化瘀药物进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院接受治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者82例作为研究对象。将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组各41例。对照组采用西药恩替卡韦联合甘草酸类药物进行治疗;治疗组采用西药恩替卡韦联合中医扶正化瘀药物进行治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为90.2%,高于对照组的85.4%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组仅有2例药物导致的不良反应出现,少于对照组的8例,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的症状缓解时间、乙肝病毒检测结果转阴时间,均短于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药恩替卡韦联合中医扶正化瘀药物进行治疗,可以提升用药效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of chronic hepatitis B treated with western medicine entecavir combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Methods 82 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the treatment group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine entecavir combined with glycyrrhizin. The treatment group was treated with western medicine entecavir combined with traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Huayu medicine. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.2%, higher than 85.4% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were only 2 cases of adverse reactions caused by drugs in the treatment group, less than 8 cases in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The remission time of symptoms and the negative time of hepatitis B virus detection in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Western medicine entecavir combined with Chinese medicine treatment of Fuzheng Huayu can improve the effect of medication.
