摘要
目的研究护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果及黄疸指数的影响。方法选取我院在2016年5月—2017年5月所收治的80例新生儿黄疸患者作为研究对象。按照临床护理方式,将其分为观察组与对照组,两组各40例。其中,对照组患者采用常规护理措施进行护理,观察组采用综合护理干预实施临床护理,对两组患者的临床治疗效果及黄疸指数展开观察与对比。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组临床治疗总有效率为75.00%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对新生儿黄疸患者采用合理的临床护理干预措施能有效改善患儿临床不适症状,加快黄疸消退速度,临床应用疗效显著。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment effect and jaundice index of neonatal jaundice. Methods 80 cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research object. According to the mode of clinical nursing, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Among them, the control group received routine nursing care, the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention and clinical nursing, the clinical efficacy and jaundice index of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 95.00%, the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with neonatal jaundice, reasonable clinical nursing interventions can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children, speed up the jaundice extinction, and have significant clinical efficacy.
