2型糖尿病患者应用临床护理路径的可行性分析与研究

Feasibility Analysis of and Research on Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究2型糖尿病患者应用临床护理路径的可行性。方法选取我院2015年2月—2017年1月2型糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象。根据方法不同将其分对照组、临床路径组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理路径,临床路径组采用临床护理路径。比较两组患者护理满意度;治疗依从性、健康知识认知、SAS心理状态评分;住院时间、住院费用。结果临床路径组患者护理满意度高于对照组,治疗依从性、健康知识认知、SAS心理状态评分优于对照组,住院时间、住院费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者应用临床护理路径的可行性高。

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying clinical nursing pathway in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to different methods, they were divided into control group and clinical pathway group, 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing pathway, and the clinical pathway group adopted clinical nursing pathway. The nursing satisfaction, treatment compliance, health knowledge cognition, SAS psychological status score, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical pathway group patients nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, treatment compliance, health knowledge, psychological state of SAS scores than the control group, hospitalization time, hospitalization costs were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The feasibility of applying clinical nursing pathway in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is high.
