急诊科脑卒中的预见性护理及应用价值评定

Evaluation of Application Value of Predictive Nursing for Patients With Stroke in Emergency Department

目的探讨急诊科脑卒中的预见性护理及应用价值。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年2月急诊科脑卒中患者90例作为研究对象。根据随机信封法分组,将其分为两组,每组各45例。对照组采用一般性护理,预见组实施预见性护理。比较两组脑卒中治疗效果;压疮、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症发生率;干预前后患者HAMD评分、神经功能缺损评分。结果预见组脑卒中治疗效果高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);预见组压疮、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组抑郁情绪、神经功能缺损评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,预见组抑郁情绪、神经功能缺损评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科脑卒中的预见性护理及应用价值高,可有效减轻患者不良情绪,改善患者神经功能,减少并发症,改善预后。

Objective To explore the predictive nursing and application value of patients with stroke in emergency department. Methods 90 patients with stroke in our emergency department from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the random envelope method, they were divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with general care, and the foresight group received predictive nursing. The curative effect of sU＇oke in two groups was compared. The incidence of complications such as pressure sores and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs were compared. The scores of depression and neurological impairment were measured before and after intervention. Results The effect of stroke was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications such as pressure ulcer and deep vein thrombosis was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of depression and neurological deficits between the two groups （P〉0.05）; After the intervention, the scores of depression and neurological impairment in the prediction group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The emergency nursing and application value of emergency department stroke can effectively reduce the patients＇ bad mood, improve the neurological function, reduce the complication and improve the prognosis.
