助产士产前教育对初产妇产程及分娩方式的影响

Influence of Prenatal Education for the Midwife on Labor and Delivery Way of the Primipara

目的分析初产妇接受助产士产前教育对其产程和分娩方式所带来的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年1月所接收的初产妇120例作为研究对象,并将产妇分为实验组和常规组,每组各60例。常规组产妇实施一般产前宣教,而实验组则在此基础上,安排助产士开展产前教育。比较两组产妇的产程时间以及分娩方式。结果实验组产妇的产程时间低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇的自然分娩率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇接受助产士产前教育,能够提高自然分娩。

Objective To analyze the influence of prenatal education for the midwife on labor and delivery way of the primipara. Methods 120 primiparas treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the conventional group, 60 cases in each group. The conventional group received common prenatal propaganda and education, based on which the experimental group received prenatal education. The labor time and delivery way of two groups was compared. Results The labor time of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group, which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The natural delivery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group, which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Prenatal education for the midwife can improve natural delivery.
