延续性护理对结肠镜下肠息肉切除术后患者依从性及定期复诊的影响

The Influence of Continuity Nursing on Compliance and Regular Follow-up Visit of Patients After Colonoscopy Polypectomy

目的探讨延续性护理对结肠镜下肠息肉切除术后患者依从性及定期复诊的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月来我院治疗的肠息肉择期行结肠镜切除术患者56例作为研究对象。并按照随机平均原则,将患者分为实验组与对照组。对照组患者行术后常规护理,实验组患者行延续性护理。对两组患者术后依从性及定期复诊情况进行比较。结果实验组患者术后依从性优于对照组,且定期复诊率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理对结肠镜下肠息肉切除术后患者依从性及定期复诊情况有着显著影响,提升患者依从性及定期复诊率。

Objective To investigate the continuity of care for colonoscopy after intestinal polyps resection under the influence of patient compliance, and regular follow-up. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 56 patients with intestinal polyps scheduled for colonoscopy in our hospital were selected as the subjects. According to the principle of random average, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine postoperative care, the patients in the experimental group underwent continuous nursing. The postoperative compliance and regular follow-up visit were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the rate of regular follow-up visits was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Under the continuity of care for colonoscopy after intestinal polyps resection patients compliance, and regular follow-up situation have a significant impact, increase the rate of patient compliance, and regular follow-up.
