心理护理对CT增强造影剂过敏反应的影响

The Influence of Psychological Nursing on Allergic Reaction of CT Contrast Agent

目的探析心理护理对CT增强造影剂过敏反应的影响。方法选取我院2013年5—10月接受CT增强扫描的患者276例作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各138例患者。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上,采用心理护理。比较两组患者过敏反应发生情况,焦虑评分、心率变化情况及护理满意度。结果两组共有3例患者发生轻度的过敏反应,经对症处理恢复正常。观察组护理满意度为94.20%,高于对照组的79.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分(35.5±4.6)分、心率(88.5±3.4)次/min,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受CT增强扫描的患者进行心理护理,能够提高其扫描期间的舒适度,减少不良反应,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on CT- induced contrast agent. Methods 276 cases of patients With CT enhanced scan in our hospital from May to October 2013 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 138 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group, on the basis of routine nursing care, was given with psychological nursing. The incidence of allergic reactions, anxiety score, heart rate changes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 3 patients had mild allergic reactions, and the symptomatic treatment returned to normal. There was statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of SAS score （35.5：t：4.6） points and heart rate （88.5 ~ 3.4） times/rain in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological care of patients undergoing CT enhanced scan can improve the comfort during the scan, reduce the adverse reactions and improve the nursing satisfaction.
