针对性护理对肛瘘术后肛门疼痛的效果分析

目的分析肛瘘术后肛门疼痛患者护理期间采用针对性护理的效果。方法本次研究利用自愿参与原则,选取我院所收治的肛瘘术后肛门疼痛患者46例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其均分为实验组与参照组,每组各23例患者。参照组采用常规性护理,实验组采用针对性护理,对比两组患者实行不同护理干预后的效果。结果实验组患者术后肛门疼痛、护理满意度均优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肛瘘术后肛门疼痛患者护理期间采用针对性护理的临床效果较为理想,临床价值较高,可显著性缓解患者肛门疼痛,可显著性提升患者护理满意度,对促进患者身体恢复存在一定的积极作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing during anal care in patients with anal pain after anal fistula operation. Methods In this study, 46 cases of anal pain after anal fistula surgery were selected as the object of study by using the principle of voluntary participation. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the experimental group and the reference gronp, 23 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received targeted nursing, the effect of different nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative anal pain and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （/＇〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of targeted nursing ideal in fistula postoperative anal pain patients during the period of nursing, clinical value, can significantly alleviate the patients with anal pain, can significantly improve patients＇ satisfaction, to promote patients recovery have certain positive effect.
