社会学视角的城市空间形塑:从香港到内地

The Formation of Urban Space from a Sociological Perspective:Discussion from Hongkong to the Mainland

基于新马克思主义的城市空间理论和对香港城市空间现状的分析,论文首先认为,空间社会区隔和空间贫富分化是城市空间不平等的主要表现,资本和权力的运行逻辑也是城市空间不平等的生成逻辑。基于社会学视角和对中国内地城市建设现状的分析,论文进而提出了规避社会区隔与彰显空间共享的两大愿景。认为在中国内地城市建设中要实现这两大愿景,一方面应充分认识城市的生活属性和社会属性,努力拓展城市公共空间并提高其公用程度;另一方面应充分认识住房的生活属性和社会属性,努力调控空间贫富分化并避免空间居住隔离。

Based on the neo-Marxist urban space theory and the analysis of the present situation of ur- ban space in Hongkong, the paper argues that both the segregation and the polarization in the space are the main manifestations of urban spatial inequality, the operating logic of capital and power is also the logic of generating urban spatial inequality. Then based on a sociological perspective and the analysis of the present situation of urban construction in the China's Mainland, the paper puts forward two prospects of avoiding so-cial segregation and highlighting space sharing. In order to achieve the two prospects, on the one should be fully aware of the living property and social property of cities and make efforts to expand hand, we the pub- lic space and improve the public level; on the other hand we should be fully aware of the living property and social property of housing, regulate the differentiation of the rich and the poor and avoid the housing segrega- tion.
