摘要
笔者以北京市延庆区开展的农村老年教育实践调查为依据,对农村老年教育的现实必要性、老年群体特征、教育认知、师资及教育内容进行了分析,并结合分析结果对区域农村老年教育在认识高度、课程开发、师资建设、组织管理、跟踪评价上提出了建议及对策,以期为北京远郊农村老年教育提供有益借鉴。
Based on the survey of the educational practice for the elderly in rural areas in Yanqing District, Beijing, the author analyzes the practical necessity, educational cognition, teaching faculty and educational content of education for the aged in rural areas and group characteristics of the elderly. With the analysis results in mind, the author puts forward suggestions and measures for education and the age in rural areas within the district in terms of depth of understanding, curriculum development, faculty improvement, organization and management as well as follow-up evaluation in the hope of providing valuable reference for education for senior citizens in rural and areas in the outer suburbs of Beijing.
