摘要
德国现代学徒制的优良传承、突出职业、法律促进、注重素养、社会认可、经费保障、企业热衷、机制规范、文化认同等成功经验值得我们借鉴。我国要有效开展职业教育,必须采取营造文化氛围、健全法规细则、创新体制机制、多方筹措经费、加强顶层设计、厘清培养目标、发挥职校作用等措施。
This paper summarizes the experience of modern apprenticeship in Germany : highlighting occupational guidance, legal promotion, attention to quality, social recognition, funds safeguard corporate enthusiasm, mechanism specification, cultural identity and so on. China should learn from the successful experience of Germany. To develop vocational education, it is necessary to create a euhural atmosphere, improve social acceptance, perfect rules and regulations, protect the rigid implementation, innovate systems and mechanisms, implement the integration of production and education, raise funds from multiple sources, ensure fast operation, strengthen top-level design, give priority to body with the enterprise, clarify the training objectives, highlight the curriculum system, promote the internal reform and play the role of vocational schools.
