摘要
铸坯表面裂纹的产生及后续的扩展,不仅对产品的最终质量有很大影响,而且在轧制过程中还会引起设备的损伤。本文详细介绍了铸坯表面裂纹的类型,并分析了各类型裂纹的形貌特征。同时,从有限元法、实验法、显微结构和数学法等方面阐述了国内外对裂纹演变研究的现状及前景展望。
The generation and propagation of the surface cracks on the casting billet will not only affect the final quality of the products, but also cause damage to the equipment during the rolling process. The types of the surface cracks of the casting billet were introduced in detail. And the morphological characteristics of various types of cracks were analyzed. At the same time, from the aspects of finite element method, experimental method, microstructure and mathematical method, the present situation and prospect of the research of crack evolution in China and other countries were described.
