摘要
介绍了钢渣的矿物组成。从内部循环、工程回填、筑路材料、污水净化、脱硫、土壤肥料、微晶玻璃、陶瓷、水泥等方面对目前国内外钢渣的综合应用进行了简要评述。综合地对比了目前从钢渣中回收铁的主要方法:磁选、还原、氧化。从工艺效果和环境保护的长期发展来看,通过氧化将钢渣中非磁性氧化亚铁转化成磁性四氧化三铁的方法在未来将会受到越来越多的关注。
The mineral composition of steel slag was introduced. From internal circulation, engineering backfilling, road materials, sewage purification, desulfurization, soil and fertilizer, glass ceramics, ceramics, cement, and so on, the comprehensive utilization of steel slag was briefly reviewed in China and other countries. The main methods (Magnetic separation, reduction and oxidation) of recovering iron from steel slag were synthetically compared. From the perspective of the process and the long-term development of environmental protection, the method that non-magnetic FeO in steel slag is transformed into magnetic Fe304 by oxidation will receive more and more attention in the future.
