合金元素V对P变质的过共晶Al-20%Si合金凝固组织的影响

摘要 利用金相显微镜、电子显微镜及能谱分析、XRD物相分析等手段研究了Al-20%Si过共晶铝硅合金熔体中V对P变质效果的影响。结果表明:V的加入对P的变质产生影响,初晶硅尺寸变大,数量减少,大部分共晶硅由长针状变成了颗粒状,同时α-Al相所占比例有所增加。分析认为:富V相可与Al P反应生成V_5P_2,消耗了部分初晶硅的异质核心Al P,因而对P的变质起到了弱化作用。合理控制V的加入量可以起到很好的复合变质效果。 The influence of V on the efficiency of P modification in hypereutectic Al-20%Si alloy melt was studied by the method of optical microscopy, electron spectroscopy, EDS and XRD phase analysis. The results show that the addition of V affects the P modification. The size of primary silicon increases, the amount decreases, and most of eutectic Si transforms from long needle to particulate form. And the proportion of α-Al phase increases. The analysis shows that the V-rich phase can react with AlP to generate VsP2, and it consumes part of AlP which is heterogeneous core of primary silicon. It plays a role in weakening the P modification. The reasonable control of adding V amount can play good composite modification effect.
