摘要
为了提高F型机车车钩现行铸造工艺水平,以Pro Cast数值模拟软件对现行铸造工艺进行模拟仿真的基础上,优化现行工艺。结果表明,维持原工艺参数:浇注温度1540~1580℃,充型时间20~25 s的状态下,通过浇注系统与冒口的全面优化,得到理想的铸造铸件。应用新工艺生产的车钩内部组织致密,无宏观缺陷。
In order to improve the current casting process of F type locomotive coupler, the current process was simulated and optimized by using ProCast software. The results show that under the original process parameters with pouring temperature of 1540-1580 ~C and filling time of 20-25 s, good casting is got through the comprehensive optimization of gating system and risers. The internal organization of the coupler under the application of new technology is dense, and it has no macro defects.
