汽车用5754铝合金板成形极限的理论预测与实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 基于M-K理论模型,分别使用Von Mises和Logan-Hosford两种屈服准则对5754铝合金"O"态板的成形极限曲线进行了预测,分析了板材的初始厚度不均匀度、屈服函数指数等对板材成形极限曲线的影响规律;通过凸模胀形实验获得了板材的极限应变数据,并与预测曲线进行了对比。结果表明:基于M-K理论模型结合Logan-Hosford屈服准则的预测曲线与实验数据吻合较好。 Based on M-K theory model, the forming limit curves of 5754-0 aluminum alloy sheets were predicted by using Von Mises and Logan-Hosford's yield criterions, respectively. The effects of the initial thickness non-homogeneity of the sheet and the yield function exponent on the forming limit curve were analyzed. The ultimate strain data of the sheet were obtained by the bulge forming experiment, and were compared with the predicted curve. The results show that the predicted curves based on M-K theory and Logan-Hosford's yield criterion are in good agreement with the experimental data.
