摘要
对温热成形模具的加热方式进行了归纳分析,对现有加热方式的诸多缺点或不利于温热成形的因素进行了剖析,设计了一种新型油浴式铝合金板温成形模具。对设计的新型油浴式铝合金板温成形模具的上模、下模以及温控系统三大部分进行了详细阐述,并从温度控制的精度、可操作性、可转移性等角度对油浴式铝合金板温成形模具的优点进行了介绍,最后通过铝合金板温成形实例讲述了油浴式铝合金板温成形模具的工作流程。
The heating mode of warm forming die was analyzed, and the disadvantages of the existing heating methods and the factors which were unfavorable to the warm forming were analyzed. A new-type oil bath aluminum alloy plate warm forming die was designed. The three parts of the upper die, the lower die and the temperature control system of the new oil bath aluminum alloy plate forming die were described in detail. The advantages of the oil bath aluminum alloy plate warm forming die were introduced from the angles of temperature control precision, operability and transferability. Finally, the working process of the oil bath aluminum alloy plate warm forming die was described by the example of aluminum alloy plate warm forming.
