摘要 通过实验室控轧控冷实验,对C-Mn-Cr热轧双相钢在不同冷却工艺下的组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着第一段水冷结束温度的升高,实验钢金相组织中马氏体体积分数逐渐增加,屈服强度呈下降趋势;随着第二段水冷结束温度的升高,实验钢金相组织无明显差异,力学性能没有明显差别。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolled C-Mn-Cr dual-phase steel under different cooling processes were investigated by controlled rolling and controlled cooling experiments. The results show that with the increase of the first-stage water-cooling end temperature, the martensite volume fraction in the microstructure of the experimental steel increases gradually and the yield strength decreases; with increase of the second-stage water-cooling end temperature, there is no significant difference in the microstructure of the experimental steel, and there is no obvious difference in mechanical properties.
