摘要
为了解决新安煤矿瓦斯治理难题,提高瓦斯治理水平和增强防突效果,在对该矿煤层赋存特征及煤层物理特性进行分析和研究的基础上,在井下开展了水力压裂技术措施。在14170工作面上巷顶板施工压裂钻孔以及导向钻孔来延长瓦斯抽采周期,提高瓦斯抽采浓度,增加瓦斯抽采流量。现场试验表明:该技术成功地解决了钻孔利用周期短、流量衰减速度快的难题,大幅度提高了瓦斯抽采的效果,对目标煤层进行了有效地卸压增透,有效地降低了施工区域的突出危险性。
In order to solve the gas control problem in Xin'an coal mine,and improve the level of gas control and enhancethe effect of outburst prevention,hydraulic fracturing is carried out on the basis of the analysis of the occurrence characteristics and physical properties of coal seam. Fracturing and pilot holes are constructed in the roof drilling field of 14170 working face to prolong the gas drainage period,also improve the gas drainage concentration and increase the gas flow. Field test shows that the technology solves the technical problems such as the hole drilling using period is short and the gas flow attenuation is fast. The effect of the gas drainage was improved greatly,the effective pressure relief antireflection is carried out to the target coal seam and the outburst danger of construction area is reduced effectively.
